Hey ya'll :) I am so excited to meet with everyone this week - I wanna hear about everything that has happened over the past week with people relationships, summer plans, and what God is showing ya'll right now. I thought 'bringing out the best' was a good name for this - since that plays on words and applies directly in more ways than one! Which brings me to the verse Emily wanted us to look at for Wednesday in case anyone forgot:
Colossians 4:5- 6
"Make the most of every opportunity. Be gracious in your speech. The goal is to bring out the best in others in a conversation, not put them down, not cut them out."
Feel free to post on here whenever somethings on your mind especially when it's not wednesday - I know we all keep journals and a lot of the stuff in there we want to keep private, between just ourselves and God - but if it's something your learning that you want to share or that you think will benefit everyone else to take a look at, go for it! So it's kinda like a mildy filtered journal if you will, and let's not forget an awesome tool to have for the summer too! (18 more days)...
